Job Responsibilities:
HR Digitization Specialist
Specialist HR Systems will support and maintain Workday. This role supports divisional teams to ensure usage of HRIS system by following global standards and procedures, effective data quality, continuous improvements, knowledge transfer on key concepts, and the effective troubleshooting of issues that arise in Workday and any downstream integration impacts to payroll/time systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Management
  • Troubleshoot user issues with Workday through Matrix42 ticketing system as needed to resolve issues.
  • Document problems, escalating issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide information regarding functional design changes or Lessons Learned from Ticketing to the divisions to make sure processes are being known but also followed
  • Share best practices, standards, and reusable solutions with all stakeholders
  • Participate in testing for Workday releases and configuration changes

Improve Efficiency & Adoption of Workday Business Processes
  • Simplify workflows and reduce manual work and rework
  • Drive adoption through practical change management and best practice sharing

Build Community & Capability
  • Communicate and foster engagement on global standards, guidelines & frameworks
  • Act as a connector between divisions, HR & IT

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 year of Human Resources Systems experience working within a progressive, fast-pace working environment.
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong initiative; sense of ownership and responsibility toward work.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, capable of dealing with ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a team environment to accomplish common goals.
  • Technology savvy - high level of comfort, interest and curiosity toward technology and web-based applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with objectivity and discretion, High personal standard of integrity
