What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment activities: posting roles, reviewing applications, and coordinating with candidates
- Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining HR documentation
- Help with finance tasks such as expense tracking, invoice handling, and reporting
- Support legal administration, including reviewing and organizing contracts and compliance documents
- Learn about international contractor management and global workforce operations
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand how HR, legal, and finance intersect in a remote tech company
Requirements
- Interest in HR, legal, or finance fields (or related studies in business, management, law, or accounting)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Good written and spoken English communication
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn new systems and processes
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, contracts, or basic finance/accounting tools is a plus
