At Lifehouse, we support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance reporting in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

You will play a key role in supporting employees, ensuring smooth benefits operations, and maintaining accurate HR reporting while partnering closely with a supportive HR team.

What You Will Do

  • Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment
  • Manage ACA reporting and compliance processes
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate deductions and resolve discrepancies
  • Support employee relations, including concerns, policy guidance, and investigations
  • Assist with HR compliance reporting and required data submissions
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee data
  • Contribute to HR programs, engagement efforts, and culture initiatives

What You Will Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience in benefits and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, ACA, and reporting requirements
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
