About the role

The Head of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the people strategy for our organization. This leader will thoroughly understand HR, including onboarding, offboarding, administration of benefits and compensation, organizational design, and conflict resolution. From a cultural perspective, this person will thrive in a high-growth environment, consistently deliver results, operate gracefully, and nurture collaboration across the organization.

What you’ll do

Compliance and HR Systems / Employee Data

  • Stay updated on HR technology trends and implement relevant tools, streamlining HR processes through the use of technology
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and government regulations, including secure maintenance of HR records and employee files
  • Use data analytics to drive HR strategy, analyzing workforce data to make informed decisions about staffing levels and skills

Performance Management and Talent Development

  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, retention strategies, career development plans and feedback
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to optimize performance and achieve goals
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge base

Compensation and Benefits

  • Collaborate with leadership to design compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and align with organizational goals
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with employee needs and company objectives

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR matters, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts
  • Uphold HR policies and procedures to foster a supportive and respectful work environment
  • Resolve employee relations issues promptly and constructively, bringing in the right stakeholders and business partners into the conversation at the right time

Culture and Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement global HR policies, procedures, and programs that foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to leverage the strengths of diversity and ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive and succeed
  • Assist with change management and communication efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees as the organization adopts new ways of working
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our culture


What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years of HR Business Partnership experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people initiatives
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering business results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in global HR and international labor laws
  • Professional familiarity with building and leading high-performing teams
