The HR Operations Specialist manages HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and policy development while ensuring effective communication and participation in employee relations events.

What You Will Do:
- In charge of general HR daily operations, including payroll, benefits, employee onboarding, offboarding, etc.
- Work with HR Team to create and improve standard HR procedures
- Review and update HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Partner with the HR department to complete general administrative and clerical work
- Participate in the coordination of employee relations events
- Create and administer policies and SOPs
- Other job related duties and projects as assigned
How You Can Be Qualified:
- Bachelor's Degree in related major
- At least 2+ year HR general experience required, payroll and benefit experience is preferred
- Organized and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable with public speaking
- A quick leaner who can quickly adapt to a new environment and have a growth mindset.
- Self-starter who can work under pressure and always take initiatives, willing to take more responsibilities.
- Can work independently yet a great team player who loves to help each other
- Bi-lingual in Mandarin is highly desired
