What You Will Do:

  • In charge of general HR daily operations, including payroll, benefits, employee onboarding, offboarding, etc. 
  • Work with HR Team to create and improve standard HR procedures
  • Review and update HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Partner with the HR department to complete general administrative and clerical work
  • Participate in the coordination of employee relations events
  • Create and administer policies and SOPs
  • Other job related duties and projects as assigned

How You Can Be Qualified:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related major
  • At least 2+ year HR general experience required, payroll and benefit experience is preferred
  • Organized and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable with public speaking
  • A quick leaner who can quickly adapt to a new environment and have a growth mindset.
  • Self-starter who can work under pressure and always take initiatives, willing to take more responsibilities.
  • Can work independently yet a great team player who loves to help each other
  • Bi-lingual in Mandarin is highly desired
