The Team is responsible for the maintenance of the Workday HR System supporting Leidos employees as well as other downstream systems and processes. This position will provide system data management support, effective data management, data integrity and security model administration for Leidos HR system, which includes technical support for Workday Human Capital Management, Learning, and Recruiting.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for set up and maintenance Workday enterprise-wide account management organizational structures, which includes business processes, tasks, notifications, and complete mass data entry configuration and loading.

  • Maintain Workday data integrity by validating system data through daily input, use, and or auditing.

  • Manage the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) workbooks into HR system to provide mass data load support and integrity by serving as the point of contact to generate, validate system data requirements, and load to Workday. This includes customer template development and customer training for EIB required data.

  • Develop and maintain a set of standard Workday system queries and reports to be scheduled or run on-demand by HR staff or other end user customers, suggest new reports as needed, assure accuracy of all delivered data, and develop ad hoc reports for specific data as needed.

  • Provide input for designing and maintaining system configuration, specifications, and work with HR Business Integration team to review, research, and recommend updates and fixes for HR systems.

  • Set-up and modify Workday data as-needed or requested; audit system configuration and processes.

  • Support the Request for Change (RFC) process for Workday configuration changes, gathering and documenting business requirements and specifications, and assist in completing testing as needed as requested by system POC Analyst or COE POC.

  • Troubleshoot customer and system issues including error messages, log-in difficulties, access denials, data issues, and process and integration failures in HR Systems. Troubleshoot system errors, both back-end and front-end.  This is completed by managing request tickets submitted through various ticket tracking software, triaging based on urgency and ensuring ticket que is managed timely.

  • Support WD learning functionality as requested by training content owner, directly or via EIB, to load/build training/course material in Workday Learning as well as supplemental software used to support learning. In addition also responsible for entering course completions, equivalencies, or external training is added in Workday through manual entry or EIB and serve as an elevated troubleshooting  for course errors.

  • Assist HR Employee Services team level 3 triage with escalated EBO HR customer inquiries so they may work directly with the employee.

  • Recognize customer service delivery issues; recommend and implement solutions to meet service level agreements.

  • Other duties as assigned

BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in relevant Human Resources systems, HRIS or IT systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have exposure to either data management or HRIS or experience supporting Workday.  

  • Experience in writing/developing basic reports in an HRIS or good excel experience.

  • Requires proficiency in basic Excel with a preference for intermediate level knowledge.

  • Excellent customer service skills including timely and well-thought-out problem resolution.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to communicate with internal customers.

  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Individual must be a strong communicator, problem-solver and driver of process improvement.

  • Customer Service experience, to include exposure to internal stakeholder customers.

Pay Range:Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
