As an HR Technology & Operations Analyst on the People team, you will support the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding operational processes that enable new hires, contractors, and employees to transition smoothly in and out of Circle. You'll manage tasks within Workday and related systems, ensuring timely and compliant execution of workflows. In this role, you'll be a systems-focused problem solver who thrives on optimizing operational processes and collaborating across People, IT, and other partners to ensure a seamless employee experience.
What you'll work on:
- Manage operational tasks in Workday, including processing transactions, uploading documents, and data input
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity of all transactions for the full employee and contingent worker lifecycle
- Oversee the shared People ticketing inbox for incoming inquiries from across the company
- Trigger background checks in HireRight and monitor for completion
- Process offboarding workflows, including departure documentation, Jira tickets, and asset return tracking. This includes working across multiple People teams including Operations, Payroll, Benefits and HRBPs.
- Partner with IT and Security to create and track access provisioning and deprovisioning via Jira
- Support contingent worker onboarding and data entry into Workday, including vendor attestation collection
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding trackers and ensure accurate records for reporting
- Collaborate with HR Technology and other People teams on workflow improvements and documentation updates
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline operations
What you'll bring to Circle:
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or systems support, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Workday requirement and comfort learning technical processes and other HR related systems.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing a 'zero-inbox' mentality and a commitment to rapid task completion to stay organized.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to troubleshoot and propose solutions.
- Familiarity with or interest in generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Exposure to contractor or Employer of Record (EOR) onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with global onboarding requirements.
- Interest in systems optimization and documentation.
