The Role
Step is looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across Growth, Ops, Customer Experience, and G&A teams. Hiring amazing talent is one of the most important areas for the entire company and this is a unique opportunity to join our recruiting team at an early stage. Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines on Business, Ops, Growth, and G&A teams at Step
- Work directly with Step's CEO, COO, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire the best talent
- Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent in addition to owning inbound application buckets
- Create amazing white-glove experiences for all candidates that engage in the recruiting process
About You
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
- Care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome
- Passionate to get to know each candidate's background and motivations to align with company hiring needs
- Thrive in an unstructured environment to build processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent
