Lattice’s People team handles all things people! The team is functionally split into Office Management, HR, and Recruiting, but being at a fast pace startup, we have the opportunity to get our hands dirty in many other aspects of the organization surrounding internal and external people strategy.  

About the Role

The Lattice team is passionate about building a diverse workforce and we’re excited to bring on our first Diversity Sourcer. You will partner with the Recruiting team to build strong, diverse top of funnel pipelines for our Management and Senior Individual Contributor roles across all of Lattice.  You’ll work to create organization wide sourcing strategies for finding top talent and introducing them into the hiring funnel.  

Responsibilities

• Source for top talent that builds a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Maintain diversity sourcing recruiting reports and drive toward performance metrics
• Identify, engage, and evaluate top-level talent for a variety of roles
• Serve as a subject matter expert on and implement effective and creative diversity talent pipeline building strategies
• Work closely with Lattice’s ERGs to leverage their diverse talent networks 

About You

• 3+ years experience creatively sourcing talent
• Substantial experience sourcing for manager level roles and up
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams 
• Data-driven individual with the ability to grasp new technical concepts in support of sourcing initiatives

These would also be nice

• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
• Experience sourcing through Gem
• Experience building out diversity sourcing strategies from scratch
• Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
