We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide support to our broader Total Rewards & People Operations team. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting integration efforts, maintaining excellent data integrity within our HRIS platform and Compensation Tool and corresponding systems, assisting with enhancements to tools and processes and participating in ad hoc projects.
You will
- Support integration efforts from a systems and people operations perspective, including system migration and integration with any new systems (HRIS, Compensation Tool, etc.)
- Assist with data entry and auditing on-boarding and off-boarding data inputs
- Act as a back-up for weekly New Hire Orientation
- Assist with creating letters for compensation-related changes (e.g., manager, title compensation, level, etc.) and maintaining offer letter templates
- Assist with payroll-related entries and audit requests
- Assist with employee compensation and benefit inquiriesPerform various data and system audits, as requested
- Review and provide feedback on existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and make necessary revisions
- Generate reports from the HR system (scheduled and ad hoc)
- Other tasks/projects, as requested
Your Background Should Include:
- 5+ years of HR-related work experience; high-growth organization preferred
- Maintain employee data confidentiality; working with sensitive personal information and compensation detailsAbility to exercise good judgment and discretion
- Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a primary focus on core responsibilities
- Excellent ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the Company and team’s success
- Experience with administrating HR systems Experience with MS Excel & Google Sheets (charts, pivots, vlookup)
- Experience with DocuSign as administrative userStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
