We are looking for a talented full-stack design recruiter to work full-time and join our new creative division dedicated to designing and branding services in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

•  Full-cycle recruiting for specialized creative positions;
•  Research, identify, qualify candidates and evaluate portfolios;
•  Responsible for sourcing, soft skills screening, and technical screening;
•  Work closely with our client service team to understand hiring needs.

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of the design world and experience evaluating portfolios;
• Proven ability to recruit for product design, UX research, UX design, UI design, service design, motion design, accessibility design, etc;
• Experience with the Recruitment and Selection process.
