As a full-cycle Life Science Senior Recruiter, you will partner with your client groups to attract and source great technical and scientific candidates and facilitate their journey to becoming outstanding new hires at GRAIL. This will require you to be consultative, creative, collegial and results-oriented in your approach. This is a contract position.
You Will:
- In partnership with business leaders and People partners, develop and execute immediate and long-term hiring strategies to meet GRAIL's business objectives
- Build a pipeline of top technical and scientific talent through researching and sourcing for candidates
- Create a unique and memorable candidate experience
- Contact and engage candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
- Qualify candidates for technical and team fit
- Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including interview, feedback, decision making, negotiations, and offer process
- Stay abreast of relevant news in the biotech, tech, and startup space
- Utilize, update and maintain Talent Acquisition tools and systems (e.g. Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Special projects as assigned
Your Background Should Include:
- Minimum 7+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in life sciences
- Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying and closing exceptional candidates
- Experience sourcing diverse candidates through multiple channels
- Passion/interest and understanding of science and technology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- BS/BA degree (Biology or science-related field a plus) or equivalent
