ROLE 👩🏽‍💻👨‍💻

Reporting into our Head of People, you'll build and lead People Operations to enable best-in-class programming, seamless operations, and easy-to-use systems. This looks like:

• Amplifying our Total Rewards strategy through intentional benchmarking to ensure we’re offering meaningful options to our team while remaining competitive in the market.
• Executing to a level of remarkable quality against our existing Total Rewards programs, like our biannual compensation review and open enrollment.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance workflows that support key employee milestones like onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more.
• Championing our core people operations with compliance excellence and employee support.
• Optimizing our people systems to keep them up-to-date and easy to use.
• Leveraging people data to participate in the development and execution of our People roadmap to create delight across the employee journey.
• Contributing to making Superhuman a continuously more inclusive place to work by applying a lens of inclusion and equity to all the employee programs and initiatives.

• You have 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ in people operations, including experience with designing and facilitating perks, benefits, compensation, compliance, and systems.

• You are an operator and an executor, willing to roll up your sleeves, and jump into any situation to drive improvement and resolution.
• You enjoy the entrepreneurial pace but thrive in an environment where you can impact the structure and establish operational excellence to support business scalability.
• You expertly handle sensitive personnel matters with integrity and a high degree of confidentiality.
• You are well-spoken and articulate, with a dash of charm. Your written communication inspires and gets people excited.
