The Recruiting Team at Crunchyroll is responsible for all talent planning, hiring, recruiting operations, and recruitment program development. In this role, you will have the unique ability to help build the capabilities for the organization through the candidate experiences and organizational development while sitting on the Recruiting Team.
Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status
Crunchyroll employees are currently working from home and we are still conducting remote interviews and hiring during this time. This role is expected to start remotely and we’ll work closely with you as we understand every person has unique circumstances.
Location: San Francisco
Our headquarters is located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional experts assemble to create experiences for Crunchyroll’s passionate communities.
About You
- Worked 2+ years in a recruiting or human resources environment working cross-functionally.
- Worked with an applicant tracking system (preferably Greenhouse) or an HRIS.
- Natural curiosity to improve process and enjoy problem solving.
- Experience with different tools, including Google Suite, Zoom, and Photoshop.
- Communication is one of your greatest strengths. You aim to provide clear and proactive written and oral communication. Comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Understands the importance of candidate experience and ensures we maintain consistency.
- Desire to grow professionally within a recruitment and/or HR team.
- Evidence of leading cross-functional projects, handling all aspects of program management from planning, coordination, communication, and execution.
- Experience with data visualization and presentations (Using Excel or GSheet and Data Studio or Tableau).
- Analytical and presentation skills.
A day in the life of our Recruiting Operations Coordinator
Coordination & Program Management
- Support multiple recruiters in scheduling multilayered interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience. Interviews may include phone and video interviews, complex scheduling and facilitating travel arrangements.
- Work closely with various talent team members and cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and programs (inclusive hiring training, internship program, interviewing workshops).
Data Analytics
- Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by helping ensure integrity of data and while checking for trends and patterns in the recruiting process.
- Gather data across platforms such as LinkedIn and Amplitude, a product analytic software, to research recruiting data analysis.
- Build key recruiting reports and interactive dashboards using Google Sheets and Data Studio to provide insights and recommendations.
- Regularly research and evaluate external organizations, partnerships, and tools that improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer branding.
Recruitment Marketing
- Utilize Photoshop and Canva to build employer branding content for external recruiting platforms/recruitment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PR, HR, Workplace, Recruiting) to creatively storytell and elevate the employee experience and culture of priority hiring areas & functions.
- Develop and lead key recruitment marketing materials (recruiting videos & candidate swag).
- Coordinate core recruitment marketing channels, campaigns and tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Textio, etc.) to help drive pipelines for recruiting.
- Lead and execute weekly social media content calendar and posts.
