As our Senior Recruiting Partner, you'll work closely with the Sr. Manager of Talent, recruiting team, and stakeholders to bring in high level talent across the organization.
ROLE π©π½βπ»π¨βπ»
- Recruit for high-priority positions across the organization
- Sell the Superhuman Mission, Vision, and Values to candidates while building relationships and screening to alignment with our core values
- Collaborate closely and partner with the entire hiring team to solve complex hiring challenges and drive decisions efficiently
- Build strong relationship with stakeholdersΒ
- Research and source qualified candidates through email outreach, LinkedIn, Boolean, social media outreach, referrals, events, and other innovative means
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives including our diverse slate approach
- Shape the greater Superhuman vision, mission, values, and culture
- Tell our story via our blog, social media, and community events
SOUND LIKE YOU? π
- Experience: You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with at least 2 years focused on corporate and/or tech recruiting
- Tools of the Trade: You have experience with passive sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Entelo, AngelList), active candidate marketplaces (Hired, A-List), and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
