Included Health is seeking a Program Manager to be the first member of a newly formed Talent Development team. In this role you’ll own the development and execution of learning and development programming across the organization including Onboarding, performance management, and leadership development programs. The right candidate will have proven success launching unique HR programs that support leaders and team members towards successful business outcomes, and who enjoys collaborating across stakeholder teams as they build. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management of talent development initiatives including the company’s Onboarding and Performance Management processes, partnering across the Talent and Organization (TAO) team and across the company as needed. 
  • Facilitate our Day 1 Company orientation session, creating a world-class welcome for team members that leaves them excited to join Included Health and well supported in navigating their new role. 
  • Develop or source unique and impactful learning and development programming on a variety of topics as defined by an overall project plan in partnership with your peers in Talent Management. 
  • Assess and select appropriate tools for the organization that enable a culture of feedback, and help leaders and team members have productive development conversations. 
  • Establish success metrics and track data for our programs, communicating progress across key stakeholders, making recommendations, and continually improving our offerings. 
  • Outline the Included Health team member journey, and organize the Talent Management efforts that impact each stage of it, year-over-year. 
  • Using Included Health’s mission, vision, and values as a guide, help launch a Talent Development team that creates growth opportunities, aids in building a strong company culture, and helps team members be successful in their day-to-day job. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a learning development and/or HR Business Partnership role supporting leaders and team members to be successful at work
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering learning and development content that produces measurable results and impact
  • 5+ years experience successfully managing large, complex projects involving multiple teams and departments 
  • Incredible facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants at all levels of the organization 
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
