  • Partner closely with senior leadership to design and execute people strategies that enable organizational growth, scalability, and long-term success.
  • Develop and implement programs that elevate the employee experience — with a strong focus on talent development, career progression, engagement, and retention.
  • Coach and empower managers to lead with empathy and accountability, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and recognition while ensuring alignment with legal and ethical standards.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right structures, capabilities, and talent are in place to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee and continuously refine the employee handbook and culture playbook to reflect evolving company values, global standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the performance management cycle — including goal setting, calibration, and feedback — to build a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to strengthen our reputation as a top employer and attract world-class talent.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and people metrics to identify key trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve organizational health and employee satisfaction.
What We Look For In You
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally supporting Product and Engineering teams in tech, fintech, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing HRBP teams or HR sub-functions.
  • Deep expertise across multiple HR domains, including employment law, total rewards, organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance enablement.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectively across all levels — from individual contributors to C-suite leaders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong partnership mindset.
  • Strategic thinker who is hands-on, data-driven, and solution-oriented.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and commitment to building an inclusive, transparent, and performance-driven culture.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience working in a global, high-growth tech or fintech organization.

  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependents
