The HRBP Manager I acts as a business advisor, aligning HR initiatives with operational objectives, driving talent acquisition, and promoting a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
Job Responsibilities
• Act as a key business advisor to the site and operations leadership. Drive alignment between HR initiatives and warehouse/fulfillment business objectives to maximize organizational effectiveness and people outcomes.
• Develop and execute programs for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession tethered specifically to business needs.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Drive data-based decision making and provide actionable insights related to turnover, engagement, labor costs, staffing, and productivity.
• Lead major organizational change and improvement initiatives (including process improvements, workforce changes, etc.).
• Oversee adherence to federal, state, and company policies, including labor law compliance, fair practices, and safety standards.
• Champion associate engagement, conduct pulse checks and site culture assessments, and partner with leadership to address barriers to engagement and operational effectiveness
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience working as an HR Business Partner in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken). Bilingual (Chinese and English) skills preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex operations with high headcount.
• Strong proficiency in HR systems, labor law, organizational development, and data-driven HR decision-making.
