The Human Resource Coordinator manages recruitment, compliance audits, benefits assistance, and employee relations in a remote role.
Command Investigations, LLC is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team in a remote work from home role. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for entry-level projects such as coordinating interviews and training, compliance audits, basic HRIS duties and other tasks.
The ideal person for this position has previous expertise in Human Resources.
Essential Functions:
- Recruitment – Coordinate interviews for recruiting staff, including initial reach out, adding to calendars, reaching out to individuals who no-call/no-show interviews and troubleshooting issues. This role will also respond back to basic inquiries
- Compliance - Assist with the I-9 audit and moving files between the old HRIS system and the new system. This role will also focus on ensuring all auto insurance and drivers' licenses are accurate and up-to-date.
- Benefits – Assist employees with benefit programs and all leave requests. Work closely with the Human Resource team on the annual Open Enrollment period and answer basic inquiries.
- Employee relations – Answer basic HR questions and ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- Prior experience in HR required
- Previous experience in the investigative industry is helpful
- Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies
- Superb conflict resolution skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
