Shift: Days

Responsible for providing HR Leadership for the Department and the Hospital and directly assisting the CHRO in all areas. Consults with facility management to maintain standards for efficient, customer-driven service to departments, in all areas of HR services. Administers and monitors Benefits, Compensation, and Service Excellence programs for the employees of the medical center. Performs reporting with HRIS system. Makes recommendations for changes in programs and evaluates the effectiveness of programs in place. Assists CHRO with employee and labor relations issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum Experience/Skills:
Three (3) years experience in Human Resources or related field required; 
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, web browsers preferred.
