What We’re Looking For

Conscious Talent is looking for world-class people and HR leaders (Chief People Officers, VP of People, Heads of Talent, Directors of People & Culture) who are committed to their inner work journey and mastery of their craft.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building high-integrity people systems, shaping healthy cultures, and supporting organizational growth through values-aligned leadership. What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
  • Lead people strategy across talent acquisition, employee experience, culture, and leadership development

  • Design and implement scalable people systems grounded in care, clarity, and accountability

  • Champion practices that support inclusion, psychological safety, and belonging

  • Partner with executive teams to build aligned, values-driven organizational cultures

  • Foster leadership development programs that integrate emotional intelligence and self-awareness

  • Integrate inner work values such as reflection, presence, and relational depth into people practices

  • Contribute to a leadership culture that prizes authenticity, self-awareness, and trust

Who You Are
  • 8+ years in people leadership roles (e.g., Chief People Officer, VP of People, Head of Talent, Director of People & Culture)

  • Experience building and scaling HR/talent strategies in dynamic, high-growth organizations

  • Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about nurturing both people and culture

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Bonus Points
  • Prior experience in conscious organizations or purpose-driven companies

  • Background in coaching, learning & development, or facilitation

  • Experience designing org-wide initiatives around feedback, reflection, and conscious leadership
