The Human Resources Specialist supports the HR department by helping with daily administrative tasks, employee communication, and documentation. This role ensures HR processes run smoothly and provides consistent support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
    •    Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing documents, collecting employee information, and scheduling orientations
    •    Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical filing systems
    •    Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
    •    Help process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies
    •    Respond to routine employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures
    •    Prepare HR-related reports, employee lists, and documentation as requested
    •    Assist with timekeeping reviews, attendance tracking, and basic payroll support tasks
    •    Help organize employee trainings, meetings, and company events
    •    Monitor expiration dates of required documents and request updates from employees
    •    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold HR standards
    •    Support HR staff with additional administrative projects as needed

Requirements
    •    Strong organizational and communication skills
    •    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
    •    Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus but not required
    •    Proficiency with office software such as spreadsheets, email, and document tools
    •    Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and pay close attention to detail
    •    Reliable, professional, and able to work well in a team environment
    •    High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or coursework is an advantage
