The IAM Engineer will install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions while providing support, training, and maintenance. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and maintaining best practices in IAM processes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in requirements gathering and analyze business processes
- Install, Integrate, Configure, and Deploy of IAM solutions
- Develop and perform testing for IAM solutions
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary
- Maintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC
- Troubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support
- Remain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices
General Business Responsibilities:
- Communicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Able to work in a team settings and multi-task environment
- Author technical documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
- Experience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms
- Experience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)
- Experience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)
