Job Description

The Program Manager - Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies across supply chain sites.  The role will focus improvement in quality control processes with a focus on the customer experience. The individual will forge close partnership with teams across supplier quality/compliance, training and development, and customer care. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong collaborator in continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is an on-site role enabling interactive and tactile solutioning and implementation of procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evolve quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and evolving company needs.
  • Ensure all quality processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining thorough documentation for compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Identify process improvements, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with supplier compliance teams to ensure that all quality standards are met, fostering strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Work and coordinate and present findings with training partners on quality control procedures and best practices documentation and implementation.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports on quality metrics and compliance status, identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address quality-related complaints, working closely with customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, supply chain operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships and influence without authority
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast pace, continuously evolving, and at times ambiguous environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
