Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers to support revenue recognition, billing, and job costing as needed
  • Respond promptly to requests from operations leadership and demonstrate the reliability and responsiveness the team expects
  • Serve as the finance point of contact for the business, translating accounting requirements into practical operational guidance
  • Support the eventual transition of transactional finance work as shared services models develop across the platform

Systems & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize ServiceTitan and other systems to maintain accurate financial records and streamline accounting workflows
  • Identify and close gaps in current accounting processes, bringing greater consistency and efficiency to routine functions
  • Support any system implementation or process improvement initiatives as the accounting function evolves

  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with operations-focused, high-expectation leadership
