In this role you will provide IGT modality specific education and training for field staff, curriculum and program development, escalation support, and serve as a liaison to the Business Unit, Marketing and Sales.
Your Role:
Deliver expert‑level clinical education and solution assessments for internal and external customers by tailoring training to customer needs, validating clinical effectiveness, and ensuring high‑quality execution that reflects deep modality expertise and advanced specialized knowledge.t for internal and external customers
Lead comprehensive training, mentorship, and development programs for new hires and tenured staff, including structured onboarding, skill reinforcement, and ongoing coaching to elevate team capability, consistency, and confidence across all levels. Serve as an integral part of the escalation process by providing root cause analysis, solution discovery, and proper communication and escalate to BIU as required.
Develop, update, and enhance clinical content and solution‑delivery materials—such as curricula, manuals, agendas, CBTs, video tutorials, and assessments—while collaborating closely with the BIU to define requirements, maintain standardization, and support continuous content innovation.
Support the BIU in creating new educational content, solutions delivery processes and standardization for solution delivery execution this includes, but is not limited to: curricula, agendas, manuals, presentations, computer-based training, video tutorials and assessments. Review with the BIU on new and current solution needs, including educational, technical, marketing, and customer facing material as well as sales product training for NPI.
Support product innovation and quality initiatives by performing early clinical feasibility testing, analyzing workflow and protocol effectiveness, refining exam card and protocol standards, and partnering with internal teams and customers to validate new product readiness
Represent the organization as a clinical expert by supporting sales opportunities, presenting at tradeshows, conferences, and symposia, contributing to escalations through root‑cause analysis and solution recommendation, and staying current on clinical and technological advancements to inform best‑in‑class delivery.
Up to 75% travel required by car, air, and/or train, including overnight stays and occasional international travel.
You're the right fit if:
Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Current ARRT certification, or equivalent.
Modality specific advanced registry certification with the appropriate credentialing body. (CV, CI or VI)
You've acquired six or more years of Philips clinical applications experience in the assigned modality. Experience in adult learning process.
Expert knowledge of all applications (basic and advanced) for a current product line in the modality.
Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, problem-solving, critical-thinking and priority-setting skills, effective communication skills.

You must be able to:
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
Work flexible hours (based on business needs).

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The annual pay range for this position in AL,AZ, AR,CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IO, KS, KY, LS, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PN, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, USVI, VA, WV, WI and WY is $90,000 to $143,000.
The annual pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, NM, RI, is $95,000 to $150,000.
The annual pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, NY, WA, DC, is 101,000 to $160,000.
This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered.
