We work directly with the largest and most complex enterprises in the world.  These enterprises are looking to Box and our technology to transform their business. For these enterprises to be successful, they rely on our consultants to advise them throughout the transformation.  As an Implementation Analyst, you'll be helping to shape these strategic conversations when advising customers through execution of small and medium size implementation packages. Further, you will have tremendous professional growth opportunities as a member of a diverse and experienced leadership team that thrives in an exciting environment within an industry shaping how people can work better together. 

WHO YOU ARE:

You're a natural leader.  You have a strong presence and are passionate about growing and developing the people around you.  You're comfortable leading multiple projects at once, and you're able to manage your own time appropriately while also supporting other internal projects.  Self-motivated and insightful, you can direct customer escalations and are ready with fresh ideas for driving customer success.  With proven ability to build, manage and cultivate a collaborative environment, you are ready to solve for complex use cases and blow our customers' minds.

Here's the fine print:

• You have 0-2 years in software implementation or Consulting. 
• You have experience within the SaaS industry
• You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.
• You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
