Parspec
Implementation Engineer (Forward Deployed), Customer Success & Integrations
Parspec is building the AI and digital infrastructure for the construction materials supply chain.
Construction is a $15 trillion industry, yet the systems that underpin the buying and selling of materials remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected. Distributors and rep agencies rely on spreadsheets, PDFs, phone calls, and siloed tools to find new products and quote and manage projects; creating delays, errors, and margin erosion across the supply chain.
Parspec is an AI-native platform that powers how construction products are discovered, bought, and sold. Trusted by more than 300 MEP distributors and rep agencies, Parspec helps project-driven businesses bid faster, win more work, and operate more profitably. By combining product intelligence, AI-powered workflows, and a connected ecosystem, Parspec is laying the foundation for a more intelligent, efficient construction supply chain.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Mateo, California, Parspec has raised $31 million from leading deep-tech and construction-technology investors.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a forward-deployed Implementation Engineer to bring our enterprise integrations to life. You’ll be the person who turns a customer’s ERP, CRM, and operational data into a live, working integration with Parspec, hands on keyboard.
You’ll own a portfolio of concurrent enterprise integrations, accountable for getting each one live on time and in scope. The work is both technical and customer-facing: you’ll run field-mapping sessions, build and troubleshoot flows in Workato, debug APIs alongside customer IT, and translate fluidly between their engineers, their business users, and our Product and Engineering teams. You’re AI-forward, comfortable in someone else’s data, and disciplined about hitting a go-live date. The most important part, you’ll be supported in all these efforts by a world class team to ensure success.
What You Will Achieve and Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Ownership & Delivery
Own enterprise integrations end to end, from discovery and field mapping through build, UAT, and go-live
Manage a portfolio of concurrent integration projects against contractual go-live dates and agreed scope
Build, Configuration & Troubleshooting
Build, configure, and troubleshoot integration flows in Workato, and debug API issues hands-on with customer IT and our Product and Engineering teams
Design and implement the data transfer and translation logic that maps customer data cleanly between systems
AI-Driven Development & Execution
Use AI tools to accelerate the work: generating and debugging code, drafting mappings, producing documentation, and troubleshooting faster
Systems & Playbook Development
Build reusable templates, tooling, and playbooks, and partner with CSMs who own long-term adoption
Integrations are how Parspec becomes part of a customer’s daily operations. Every successful go-live connects a distributor’s core systems to Parspec, turning a massive, underserved industry’s fragmented data into connected, usable workflows.
In this role, you are the bridge between our customers and our product—the person who makes the promise of a connected supply chain real, on time and at scale. Your work directly determines how quickly customers realize value, adopt Parspec, and operate more profitably.
