What You'll Do- Support the launch and operational setup of new Aidaly markets.
- Assist with caregiver onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, and credentialing.
- Coordinate local community partnerships and event activations.
- Solve problems and remove blockers for fast-paced launches.
- Travel 1-2x a month with the CEO or VP to support local teams.
- You'll do a little of everything - Great place to start to learn the whole business!
RequirementsWho You Are
- 2–4 years experience in operations, project management, or startup roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Passionate about empowering caregivers and families.
