• Support the launch and operational setup of new Aidaly markets.
• Assist with caregiver onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, and credentialing.
• Coordinate local community partnerships and event activations.
• Solve problems and remove blockers for fast-paced launches.
• Travel 1-2x a month with the CEO or VP to support local teams.
• You'll do a little of everything - Great place to start to learn the whole business!

• 2–4 years experience in operations, project management, or startup roles.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Passionate about empowering caregivers and families.
