The Role 🥳

We are building our Implementations team in San Francisco. As an early hire, this is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll drive successful customer onboarding and implementations. You’ll be the go-to person for forward-thinking businesses to start deploying AI agents—ensuring smooth implementation, strong relationships, and first-class onboarding.

Your mission? Give our customers the best possible experience from kickoff to success, on time and on scope.

Your Impact💥

• Lead successful client implementation of our product (5-10 projects at any given time) as a pivotal member of the Solutions team. 

• You will project manage the delivery of AI agent deployment services, ensure customers are trained on the platform and help deliver their first agent build.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal and external teams.

• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

• Drive customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey.

• Help standardise our implementation processes during Relevance AI's rapid growth.

• Ensure our customers are set up for success and value from Relevance AI.

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• Ideal candidates have in-house implementation experience with technical products at high-growth companies and/or a background in technology consulting & software delivery.

• Strong technology foundation with eagerness to expand your knowledge in AI. You will need to be eager to learn agentic AI or have prior experience building agents.

• Track record of success project managing in complex environments, demonstrating leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience delivering technology projects (preferably data, AI, or analytics).

• You love working at a startup: the fast pace, the unpredictability, the high-performance team atmosphere, and sense of real ownership.

• Organised, process-driven, independent, and resourceful.
