First, what we’re actually doing

Suger helps revenue teams sell more effectively by simplifying the workflows required to buy and sell through cloud marketplaces. We make it easier for our customers to transact, manage, and grow deals across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba, Oracle and Snowflake, creating a smoother buying experience for their customers.

We’ve grown quickly by becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest growing sales channel (B2B Cloud Marketplaces) leveraging AI and integrations with core systems.

Today, we work with over 250 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta.

The Role

We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers.

This role is responsible for taking customers from signed deal → fully live in production, ensuring they successfully launch marketplace listings, private offer workflows, co-sell integrations, and CRM sync.

You will act as the quarterback of onboarding, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and the customer’s GTM + RevOps teams.

What You’ll Own (for real)

  • End-to-end onboarding execution

    • Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live

    • Drive timelines, milestones, and accountability across stakeholders

    • Cloud marketplace implementations

      • AWS Marketplace (private offers, CPPO, Entitlements, EventBridge)

      • Azure Marketplace (private offers, Partner Center workflows)

      • GCP Marketplace integrations

      • CRM + systems integration

        • Configure Salesforce mappings (opportunities, quotes, co-sell fields)

        • Ensure accurate data sync between CRM and cloud marketplaces

        • Workflow design & activation

          • Implement co-sell processes (ACE, Partner Center, GCP referrals)

          • Set up private offer workflows and approval processes

          • Customer enablement

            • Train RevOps, Sales, Partnerships, and Finance teams

            • Deliver clear documentation and best practices

            • Project management

            • Run weekly implementation calls
            • Track risks, blockers, and dependencies
            • Ensure on-time go-live

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers go live quickly and cleanly (weeks, not months)
  • Marketplace transactions and co-sell workflows are fully operational
  • CRM ↔ marketplace sync is accurate and reliable
  • Customers are confident running workflows independently post-launch
  • Strong handoff to Customer Success with zero ambiguity

Who This Is For

    Core Experience

  • 3–7 years in:
  • Implementation / Onboarding / Solutions Consulting / RevOps
  • Experience working with:
  • Salesforce (required)
  • APIs, integrations, or technical SaaS products
  • Strong project management experience (multiple stakeholders, timelines)
  • Bonus (Highly Valuable)

  • Experience with:
  • AWS / Azure / GCP (marketplace or partner ecosystem a big plus)
  • CPQ tools or deal desk workflows
  • Co-sell / partnerships / channel sales
  • FinOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms

Why This Role Matters

Implementation is where Suger delivers real value.
    You will directly impact:

  • Time to revenue for customers
  • Marketplace adoption and transaction volume
  • Long-term retention and expansion
  • This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role in a fast-growing company.

Why Join Us

  • The salary range: $95K – $130K/year, depending on experience, market location, and overall fit for the role
  • We are a team of ~50 people, headquartered in the Bay Area (with teams globally), and growing rapidly
  • You’ll sell into one of the fastest-growing routes to market in B2B SaaS, as cloud marketplaces become a primary way enterprises buy software
  • A chance to operate closer to the market, product, and strategy than is possible in highly segmented sales orgs
  • A product positioned at the center of how ISVs, partners, and hyperscalers transact across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Real ownership and visibility into outcomes at a stage where your work directly influences growth
