We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers.
This role is responsible for taking customers from signed deal → fully live in production, ensuring they successfully launch marketplace listings, private offer workflows, co-sell integrations, and CRM sync.
You will act as the quarterback of onboarding, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and the customer’s GTM + RevOps teams.What You’ll Own (for real)
End-to-end onboarding execution
Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live
Drive timelines, milestones, and accountability across stakeholders
Cloud marketplace implementations
AWS Marketplace (private offers, CPPO, Entitlements, EventBridge)
Azure Marketplace (private offers, Partner Center workflows)
GCP Marketplace integrations
CRM + systems integration
Configure Salesforce mappings (opportunities, quotes, co-sell fields)
Ensure accurate data sync between CRM and cloud marketplaces
Workflow design & activation
Implement co-sell processes (ACE, Partner Center, GCP referrals)
Set up private offer workflows and approval processes
Customer enablement
Train RevOps, Sales, Partnerships, and Finance teams
Deliver clear documentation and best practices
Project management
- Run weekly implementation calls
- Track risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Ensure on-time go-live
What Success Looks Like
- Customers go live quickly and cleanly (weeks, not months)
- Marketplace transactions and co-sell workflows are fully operational
- CRM ↔ marketplace sync is accurate and reliable
- Customers are confident running workflows independently post-launch
- Strong handoff to Customer Success with zero ambiguity
Who This Is For
- 3–7 years in:
- Implementation / Onboarding / Solutions Consulting / RevOps
- Experience working with:
- Salesforce (required)
- APIs, integrations, or technical SaaS products
- Strong project management experience (multiple stakeholders, timelines)
- Experience with:
- AWS / Azure / GCP (marketplace or partner ecosystem a big plus)
- CPQ tools or deal desk workflows
- Co-sell / partnerships / channel sales
- FinOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms
