Who We Are

Informed K12 is transforming how school districts operate by bringing critical workflows online with the unique flexibility needed to serve the school community. In many ways, district-level processes have the greatest impact on student outputs and outcomes. However, today many school districts across the country remain stuck with fragmented, inefficient processes that lack cohesion. It only takes a single process to fail to lead to funding, staffing, and financial risk. At large, this may lead to budget overruns, compliance risks, and service disruptions to students and teachers.

Our platform enables educators and administrators to orchestrate their processes to run more efficient, transparent, and compliant school districts—so they can focus on what matters most: students.

About the Role

At Informed K12, the Customer Success Team is considered a competitive advantage, engaging with our clients with a consultative approach. We leverage our  expertise to provide school districts with a clear path to large scale success and transformation.

Our implementation managers rally people behind a shared dream and mobilize them to make the impossible possibleimpossible, possible. This often means wrangling stakeholders and getting very creative in getting wide and deep within multiple district departments and department leaders. You will partner with our clients to take them on a transformation journey as they reimagine critical processes and build operational capacity for their organizations.

If large-scale change management and moving diverse groups of people with competing priorities toward common goals is interesting to you, then you will find the work we do both rewarding and challenging. Your positive relationships with our district partners will help them lead large-scale change in their organization.

You’ll partner with district leaders and teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that drive real change. This role blends project management, strategic advising, and change leadership to help districts achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of InformedK12 solutions across a portfolio of school districts.
  • Partner with district leaders as a trusted advisor to uncover needs and craft tailored, outcome-driven solutions.
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders, from superintendents to administrative teams.
  • Anticipate risks, manage timelines, and navigate tradeoffs to deliver high-impact results.
  • Inspire action and guide clients through complex change initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to uncover upsell opportunities and expand district partnerships.
