Why we need you

We’re building the last-mile delivery infrastructure for cutting-edge therapeutics—think cell and gene therapies—and we need a hands-on Implementation Lead to make it real. You’ll work directly with Sales and our Product + Engineering teams to shepherd pilot customers through the full launch process, ensuring seamless onboarding, rapid feedback loops, and delivery excellence.

Why it matters: our early customer wins will define our future product roadmap, market positioning, and long-term success. You’ll own the entire implementation lifecycle—from requirement definition to live operation—transforming real-world challenges into product insights and operational best practices.

If you're energized by direct customer impact, excited to establish foundational practices, and ready to connect internal teams with external needs—your work here won’t just matter; it will shape our company.

You’d be a perfect fit for our team if you…

  • Excel at driving successful customer implementations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Are passionate about turning complex challenges into smooth, scalable onboarding and deployment experiences.

  • Are a natural collaborator and problem-solver, who thrives at the intersection of technical detail and customer impact.

  • Are organized and strategic, with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping stakeholders aligned.

  • Love designing and refining systems, workflows, and best practices that ensure implementation excellence.

What you’ll do
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.

  • Partnering with sales, product, and engineering to align on scope, timelines, and technical requirements.

  • Develop customized implementation plans tailored to customer needs and use cases.

  • Proactively managing project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.

  • Continuously improving implementation frameworks, documentation, and workflows to drive scalability and efficiency.

  • Acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams to surface feedback and inform product improvements.

  • Supporting early-stage customer success initiatives and building foundations for a repeatable, high-touch delivery model.

Must-have experience
  • 3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions delivery, or technical onboarding roles.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects with external clients.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Deep attention to detail and a passion for process design and optimization.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or B2B software deployments.

  • Startup or early-stage company experience is a major plus.
