It’s time that payments work for merchants, not the other way around. Ansa is building a branded wallet solution to increase customer retention and unlock new growth opportunities.

Ansa helps innovative and growing companies by providing an enterprise-grade, white-label stored value wallet platform paired with incentive tooling. Our platform enables our customers to turn stored value and loyalty programs into a powerful growth engine that increases customer retention, drives repeat purchases, and boosts margins, all without the cost and complexity of building it in-house.

As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, ensuring seamless integrations and long-term success. You’ll work closely with merchants ranging in size from mid-market through enterprise, and operate cross functionally across go-to-market, product, and engineering. If you love problem solving, project management and merchant collaboration, this is the role for you!

👋🏼 About You
  • 3-5+ years of experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer onboarding—especially in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for making complex solutions feel simple and intuitive.
  • Technical fluency, including experience working with APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and financial technology solutions (coding experience is not required but is a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect with clients across industries and levels of technical expertise.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset—you're adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about solving new challenges.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and customers, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Own the outcome, do what it takes to keep merchant implementations on schedule and on track to deliver value to our customers.
🤝 What will you be doing?
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation design and manage implementation plans for our merchants. Taking over after the sales process and sticking with the customer to ensure their success.
  • Understand and translate merchant business needs and ensure the solution we are creating with the merchant will meet (🤞🏼exceed) their needs.
  • Provide hands-on support with API and SDK integrations, flow of funds, accounting, system configurations, and wallet launch best practices.
  • Educate and empower merchants ensuring they feel confident using our tools and maximizing their value.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously keeping projects on track with internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Champion merchant feedback advocating for improvements that make our product more user-friendly and impactful.
  • Do what it takes to get merchants live, on time, with solid integrations which are designed for success.
🪩 Our Culture

We’re a small team with a big mission. That means we have to hold ourselves to a high bar, by design. With limited resources and high ambition, excellence in quality, communication, and ownership, ambition isn’t optional — it’s how we move forward.

  • Ownership — if you see it, you take it. We don’t wait to be told.
  • Nosiness — curiosity across boundaries, asking questions, stepping beyond scope to solve problems.
  • High agency — proactive and self-directed. You move the work, not the other way around.
  • Accountability — we do what we say, and communicate proactively.
  • Relentless drive — we work with focused intensity and follow through, even when it’s hard.
  • Thoughtful execution — shipping work that’s not just fast, but intentional. Think about how decisions today will affect us down the road.
  • Pride in your craft — we sweat the details and take our work personally, because it reflects who we are.
  • Kindness and trust — we give each other respect, empathy, and the benefit of the doubt. We assume good intent and act like teammates.
