  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing to unblock their projects, providing them with contextual timelines, project plans, product accelerants, adoption communications, etc. For larger Enterprise deliveries, you will work closely with Project Managers who would be in charge of timelines, project plans etc.

Who You Are
  • Experienced in launching complex, modular platforms at scale; especially in an enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Centered on impact. Every decision maps back to student and institutional outcomes.

  • Skilled at managing multiple implementations at once without letting things slip.

  • Comfortable working with data, troubleshooting spreadsheets, and diving into CSVs.

  • Able to teach a complex product to a wide range of users in a way that sticks.

  • Great at keeping others informed with clean notes and actionable updates.

  • Collaborative across functions, (sales, product, marketing), and not siloed in your approach.
