The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers. This position involves providing project management and configuration services, overseeing the full life cycle of initiation and subsequent deployment of company products. Expected Duties:

-Manage unique company projects by creating implementation strategies, setting goals, scheduling, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress

-Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

-Ability to handle work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment

-Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience

-Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

-Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
