A highly organized and experienced Project Management Professional capable of coordinating with all internal and external key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Daniels’ programs at new customer locations.
Role Overview:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing new customer implementations assigned to them. They will act as the quarterback of the implementation process and work with leaders and individual contributors from various teams to ensure all action items are completed and all deadlines/deliverables are met. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for scheduling and leading all internal implementation meetings for implementations and driving clear communication throughout the implementation process. This position will work closely with external key stakeholders and the following internal teams: Sales, Account Management, Supply Chain, Installation, Field Services, Plant Operations, Clinical Education, and any other teams involved in the implementation process.
What you will do:
· Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations
· Lead internal implementation calls for assigned implementation projects
· Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met
· Work with the customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation
· Monitor the progress of implementations projects assigned and identify any potential delays or issues that may arise
· Work with Installation Director to schedule upcoming installations and resources needed
· Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure that product is ordered and delivered on time
· Manage all internal communication for assigned implementation projects
· Provide clear and concise communication and updates to all key internal stakeholders
· Delegate tasks to Implementation Coordinators as needed
· Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to implementation process
· Other duties as assigned

· Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited data
· Ability to adapt to changing situations as new information and updates become available
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Position can be performed remotely, but is expected to keep Central or Eastern business hours
