Summary:
The Implementation Senior Associate - Arc Charting Administrator will work closely with clients and internal teams throughout the ArcCharting implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery through development, testing, implementation, and final sign-off. This individual will be responsible for reviewing client chart samples, analyzing formatting and business requirements, developing discovery documentation, and coordinating chart development and testing. Additionally, this individual will manage project priorities, communicate status and potential delays, and help ensure completed charting work meets client requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
• Lead ArcCharting implementations from the discovery process through development, testing, implementation, and final sign-off.
• Gather chart samples, specifications, workflows, business rules, and other required information from clients to define project requirements and expected outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive discovery documentation that clearly communicates client requirements, chart specifications, and business rules.
• Coordinate and manage the testing process for all charts to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage the chart development process in collaboration with ArcCharting developers, providing requirements, clarification, and project direction as needed.
• Participate in internal and client meetings and conference calls related to chart implementations, requirements, development, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage the project ticket queue, prioritize tasks, and monitor deadlines to support timely completion of charting projects.
• Coordinate and manage testing for all charts to confirm accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client requirements.
• Communicate project status, issues, and potential delays to appropriate stakeholders and help manage client expectations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve charting issues throughout the development, implementation, and production process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure requirements and decisions are clearly communicated among clients, developers, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of related team functions and processes, serving as a backup resource when needed to support business needs and team coverage.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience working directly with clients throughout an implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, project coordination, and implementation.
• 2-5 years of experience in SaaS software implementation, application administration, technical support, project coordination, or related environment.
• Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, including the ability to review and manipulate charts or graphic files.
• Working knowledge of XML and the ability to understand and work with XML-based charting or configuration files.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve formatting, data, and business-rule discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, tickets, and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external clients, including gathering detailed business and technical requirements.
