Role Summary

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for building, configuring, and deploying March Networks cloud and hybrid application environments for enterprise customers. This role focuses on technical implementation, system configuration, and environment readiness. The specialist works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure cloud services, software, and integrations are properly deployed, validated, and transitioned to steady-state operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to gather requirements for cloud application configuration, system integrations, and service enablement

• Build and configure cloud and hybrid application environments, including software components, services, permissions, and integrations

• Install, configure, and validate March Networks software systems and supporting components according to documented requirements

• Customize cloud services, workflows, and system settings to align with customer operational needs and technical specifications

• Document system configurations, environment details, and customizations for each customer deployment

• Collaborate with Managed Services and Certified Solutions Partners (CSPs) to ensure hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and features are properly activated and operational

• Support environment testing, validation, and readiness checks prior to customer handoff

• Partner with Customer Success to enable smooth onboarding by providing technical context, configuration documentation, and system overviews

• Assist with estimating effort and technical scope for incremental configuration changes or additional cloud services

• Support the transition of deployed environments to Client Success and Managed Services teams following implementation completion


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience implementing or configuring software solutions in a B2B SaaS or cloud environment

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a technical or implementation-focused role

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication

• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and deployments concurrently

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams


Assets (Preferred)

• Experience with cloud-based video management systems or SaaS platforms

• Familiarity with digital video recorders, CCTV, or video surveillance technologies

• Working knowledge of SQL Server databases, APIs (Swagger), and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
