SUMMARY

We’re hiring an Inbound BDR to own and operate Rasa’s inbound pipeline. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to break into SaaS and learn how high-quality pipeline is actually created from real buyer intent.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects coming in through marketing. That means qualifying interest, driving urgency, and getting the right opportunities in front of our Account Executives. You’ll work closely with marketing to follow up on high-value leads, improve conversion rates across campaigns, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a critical role for Rasa. You’ll get exposure to real buying signals, real conversations, and how enterprise deals start.

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: USA

Rasa does not provide work authorization for USA-based roles.

Total compensation ranges from $50-70k OTE. The base salary is $50k with up to $20k in commission.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll need to be comfortable owning your lane and figuring things out as you go. As an Inbound BDR, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Quickly qualifying and routing high-intent leads to Account Executives

  • Driving speed-to-lead and ensuring every qualified prospect gets a great first experience

  • Following up on high-value marketing leads (events, content downloads, demo requests, etc.)

  • Partnering closely with marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates

  • Identifying which leads should be worked manually vs. automated and helping trigger the right workflows

  • Managing lead flow across territories and ensuring proper assignment and handoff

  • Accurately tracking all activity and lead progression in Salesforce

  • Representing the Rasa brand with clarity, professionalism, and strong communication

ABOUT YOU
  • Looking to break into SaaS sales or early in your sales career

  • Highly organized and responsive- you don’t let things sit

  • Naturally curious and good at asking questions

  • Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport quickly

  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve with a positive attitude

  • Have a bias toward action and follow-through

  • Genuinely interested in technology, AI, or how modern software works

  • Able to manage multiple workflows and priorities without dropping details

Nice to have:
  • Internship or early experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or marketing

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Unify

  • Exposure to SaaS, AI, or technical products

This role sits within our Go-to-Market Office organization and Business Development & Operations department. You will join a current team of BDRs and work with your manager, demand generation, and account executives to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities from target accounts and inbound leads.
