As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will support the accurate and timely administration of incentive compensation programs for commissionable employees. In this role, you'll work closely with data, systems, and cross-functional partners to help ensure commission calculations are correct, transparent, and well-supported.

About the Role
As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support the accurate, timely, and consistent administration of incentive compensation programs across the organization. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Support the administration of incentive compensation plans within the Sales Performance Management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with commission calculations, validation, and issue investigation under the guidance of senior team members
- Respond to inbound compensation inquiries through a ticketing system, communicating clearly and professionally with stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and help maintain clear documentation and reporting
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- 1-3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and basic data validation
- Prior experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Experience using an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) or Sales Performance Management (SPM) tool such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff, or Varicent (preferred)
- Ability to support commission calculations, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Experience responding to inquiries through a ticketing system or structured intake process
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict monthly and quarterly deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and draw logical conclusions
- Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to explain compensation outcomes and respond to inquiries thoughtfully
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing recurring processes and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and build trusted working relationships
