We are looking for a Startups Community Manager to join NVIDIA Inception - a global program for AI startups that provides developer training and resources, valuable offers from NVIDIA and our partners, and preferred access to NVIDIA’s AI ecosystem. This program management role is for someone who is passionate about building and driving partnerships with startups and helping them grow on NVIDIA platforms. In this position you will be responsible for developing the ecosystem by recruiting and nurturing startups from all across North America at scale. This person will report to the North America Inception Community Manager Lead and will work closely with a sizable cross-functional team within NVIDIA, including Developer Relations, Solutions Architects, Product Management, Sales and Marketing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions to our Inception members by coordinating and running webinars, Open House, Ask-Me-Anything sessions

  • Guide Inception members to relevant content and tools, educating them on NVIDIA’s tools and platforms

  • Review all new program submissions and onboard new members into the program

  • Deliver and follow up on Inception members' program benefits and support requests

  • Maintain data quality and identify trends in the US startup ecosystem and share insights with the wider organization

  • Engage with third-party partners, Venture Capitalists, and Accelerators to identify alignments and establish a path towards enabling their startup community

  • Act as the voice of NVIDIA Inception members, becoming a specialist in their needs and motivations. Develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and both technical and business needs

What we need to see:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in related fields such as startup accelerators and incubators, executive or management positions at startups, platform ecosystem development at large technology companies or venture capital

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

  • A strong affinity for technology and technical subjects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; personable, friendly, and enjoy interacting with numerous people. This role will work with partners, NVIDIA internal teams, and hundreds, if not thousands, of startups

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. We are trusted advocates for NVIDIA to startups and players across the ecosystem

  • Curious, creative, and constantly thinking about how to improve processes

  • Ability to be proactive and work with minimal direction

  • Biased towards action with excellent project management organizational skills

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time or less.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Have gathered proven experience in a certain industry or technology

  • Already able to bring in a professional network of founders, AI innovators, and investors

  • Worked at a top startup accelerator or corporate startup program running, building, and leading the startup community and portfolio companies

  • Validated capability to work in a collaborative, matrixed organization

  • Enthusiasm for comprehending and taking ownership of metrics and analytics, with a proactive approach to measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of programs.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD for Level 3, and 152,000 USD - 247,250 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
