About the Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the Partnerships Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and conversion through impactful influencer campaigns. This role will be instrumental in scaling our influencer marketing efforts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for social media, influencer trends, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate creators across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms with a strong instinct for what will convert
  • Manage end-to-end allowlisting execution: outreach, negotiation, contracting, ad permissions, and launch
  • Build and maintain a tight creator pipeline, moving quickly from “idea” to “live ad.”
  • Partner with Paid Media to track performance (CPA, CTR, hook rate) and double down on winners
  • Apply performance insights to improve future creator sourcing and briefs
  • Surface high-potential organic content for paid usage in collaboration with the Influencer team
  • Support booking and execution of performance-oriented growth influencer partnerships beyond paid usage as needed
  • Build strong, professional relationships with creators while operating thoughtfully in a bootstrapped, high-ROI environment

Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of influencer marketing experience
  • At least 1+ year focused on UGC and/or allowlisted performance content
  • Experience managing creator negotiations and budgets at scale
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, creative hooks)
  • Highly organized; comfortable managing large pipelines in Google Sheets
  • Experience developing performance-oriented influencer briefs
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Spark Ads
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
