About Arena Club

If you’re fascinated by sports cards and memorabilia, your search ends here. Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain by introducing the first-ever digital card show. Spearheaded by 5x World Series Champion Derek Jeter and serial entrepreneur Brian Lee, Arena Club has developed a fully digital marketplace. This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.

About the Role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help support the continued growth and evolution of our influencer marketing team. Reporting directly to our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational engine behind a high-volume, fast-moving influencer program managing creator relationships, tracking deliverables, and keeping everything running on time and on brand. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad or early-career marketer who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a startup that moves fast and rewards ownership.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day communication with creators, serving as the primary point of contact for active partners
  • Track and manage a pipeline of 15 to 20 posts per week, ensuring deliverables go live on time with proactive follow-up, not waiting for issues to surface
  • Maintain budget tracking sheets and influencer databases with precision and consistency across multiple Google Suite documents
  • Support campaign execution from end to end: contracts, discount codes, creative briefs, asset delivery, and posting schedules
  • Research and identify new creator opportunities across sports, gaming, and collectibles, with a creative eye for voices that fit Arena Club's audience
  • Stay current on platform trends across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch to surface timely opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and partnerships to integrate influencer activity into broader campaigns
Who You Are

You're early in your career but ahead of the curve when it comes to organization and follow-through. You don't wait to be told something is slipping, you already caught it and took action. You're comfortable owning a lot of moving pieces at once, keeping your docs clean, and operating as a true partner to the people you work with, not just an executor. Bonus points if you've spent time on the talent or agency side and are ready to make the jump brand-side.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 0 -2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, talent management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of campaign KPIs and how to keep projects on track
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), keeping things clean and consistent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-directed work style, surfacing issues before they become problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for sports, trading cards, gaming, or collectibles
  • Background in talent representation or agency-side influencer marketing
  • Experience with influencer platforms, outreach tools, or campaign tracking software
  • Creative instincts for identifying emerging creators that fit Arena Club's voice and audience

Location Requirements

  • Onsite in our LA office 5 days a week

If you want routine or predictability, you won’t find it here. But if you’re ambitious, relentless, and hungry to prove yourself on a team built to dominate, step into the arena. You’ll discover growth and reward here, unlike anywhere else.
