About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing platform helping brands scale through influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising, and content-driven growth. We are looking for an Influencer Partnership Manager to identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships that drive measurable business results.

Position Overview

The Influencer Partnership Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and managing influencers, creators, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners. This role requires strong outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, and partnership management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

  • Conduct outreach and build relationships with creators and talent managers.

  • Negotiate partnership terms and campaign deliverables.

  • Manage influencer onboarding and campaign execution.

  • Maintain influencer databases and outreach pipelines.

  • Track partnership performance and campaign results.

  • Develop strategies to increase influencer engagement and conversions.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or creator management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and creator ecosystems.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Marketing agency experience.

  • Affiliate marketing experience.

  • Experience working with U.S.-based brands and influencers.

  • Experience using influencer discovery and outreach tools.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
  • Number of influencers recruited.

  • Influencer activation and campaign launch rate.

  • Campaign performance and conversions.

  • Partnership retention rate.

  • Revenue or leads generated through influencer campaigns.
