About the Role:

You will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our Notion’s brand, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. This includes developing relationships with influencers, creating content through partnerships, analyzing trends and reporting. This role blends relationship-building, creative strategy, and strong editorial judgment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into creator-led stories that travel.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies to align with overall global Storytelling goals.

  • Identifying and building relationships with creators who align with the brand’s values and target audience.

  • Collaborating with influencers to create engaging, creative content that makes an impact on our various audiences.

  • Negotiating and managing influencer partnerships, ensuring clear expectations and deliverables.

  • Conducting analysis of influencer performance, translating learnings into actionable programming decisions.

  • Understanding of global social trends and drive alignment across the Storytelling team, bringing ideas that ladder to a cohesive story.

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.

  • 3+ years of demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends and content creation, particularly in the tech and AI niches.

  • Editorial judgement and a clear brand lens.

  • Global and creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative influencer campaigns.

  • Excellent relationship-building and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage numerous partnerships on an ongoing basis.

  • Data-centric and proficiency in reporting influencer marketing analytics

  • Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.

  • Proficiency in using influencer analysis tools (like Aspire, Amplitude, Hex) and operational AI tools.

  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Nice to Haves:
  • Direct experience in content creation and storytelling.

  • A curious and creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas for influencers.

  • Ability to identify influencers on the upswing.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $155,000 per year.
