Lead and scale the influencer marketing channel globally: design strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube; identify, onboard, negotiate, and manage influencers; create briefs and performance-tracking systems (CAC, retention, assisted conversions, brand lift); build long-term partnerships and convert influencer programs into a repeatable acquisition channel while collaborating with Growth and Product.
Client is looking for a senior, hands-on Influencer Marketing Lead to own influencer marketing. This is a 0→1 and 1→10 role - you’ll design influencer strategy, build and manage influencer relationships globally, and turn influencers into a repeatable, scalable acquisition channel. While influencer marketing is the core focus, you’ll also work closely with our Growth and Product teams on search, paid acquisition, and AI-era discovery.
This role is ideal for someone who has run influencer programs in the US (early stage/SaaS preferred).
What You’ll Own
Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Design and own global influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across tiers
- Build long-term influencer partnerships, not one-off posts
- Own outreach, negotiation, contracting, timelines, and delivery
- Develop clear influencer briefs that translate value into native, high-performing content
- Build systems for tracking performance: CAC, retention, assisted conversions, and brand lift
- Experiment aggressively with formats, influencers, and narratives - double down on what works
Creator-Led GTM & Distribution
- Turn influencers into a durable GTM channel (not just a marketing experiment)
- Work closely with founders and Growth to align influencers with launches, features, and narratives
- Explore non-obvious partnerships: affiliates, rev share, co-created products, education, communities
