  • Define the target state architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmap for Marketplace adoption.

    Client Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and current‑state assessments to understand the data landscape, governance maturity, and business consumption needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical SME to business, data governance, and IT leadership teams.
  • Articulate complex architectures to both technical and non‑technical audiences—from engineering teams to C‑Suite stakeholders.
  • Build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

    Project Leadership & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead multi‑disciplinary implementation teams across onshore/offshore delivery models.
  • Review and guide solution designs, mappings, workflows, API integrations, quality rules, and domain models.
  • Ensure that the solution meets requirements for security, scalability, lineage transparency, data quality, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.).
  • Drive the execution of project plans, sprint cycles, and technical deliverables while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, metadata management, and integration.

    Technology Enablement & Governance

  • Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and operationalize business glossaries, policies, and data stewardship roles in CDGC/EDC.
  • Architect quality rules, workflows, and scorecards within CDQ to ensure trusted data asset publication in the Marketplace.
  • Enable automation and orchestration using CAI for provisioning, approvals, and workflow-driven data requests.
  • Mentor technical teams in Informatica ecosystem capabilities, cloud data engineering concepts, and modern data management standards.
Qualifications
