1) Informatica MDM Developer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with hands-on MDM implementation experience to design, develop, and support Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, data modeling, match–merge rules, and end-to-end MDM implementations across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM Hub solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end MDM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Design and configure MDM data models (Base Object, XREF, Staging tables).
  • Develop and configure match and merge rules, survivorship rules, and trust frameworks.
  • Implement data quality, standardization, and validation rules.
  • Integrate MDM with upstream and downstream systems using Informatica PowerCenter / IDQ / IICS.
  • Configure MDM workflows, business rules, and exception handling.
  • Perform data loads, delta processing, and reconciliation.
  • Provide production support, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and downstream teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Hub).
  • Proven experience in MDM implementation projects (Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location domains).
  • Experience in data modeling and schema design.
  • Expertise in match–merge, survivorship, and trust rules.
  • Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or IICS.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of data governance and data quality concepts.
  • Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments.
