Role Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead capital and facilities projects end-to-end, from early design through construction and commissioning. This role owns technical coordination across MEP, civil/structural, and architectural scopes, and is accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery of complex build-outs.
You Will
Lead full lifecycle execution of infrastructure and facilities build-out projects, including offices, labs, testing environments, and production spaces.
Manage high-performing project teams comprised of internal and external resources focused on company-critical initiatives related to vehicle production.
Develop and review concept designs, technical assessments, utility requirements, and feasibility studies.
Coordinate project delivery across MEP systems, civil/structural, architectural, and base-building infrastructure.
Manage general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants through design, construction, and commissioning.
Review and contribute to design drawings, mechanical and electrical layouts, utility diagrams, specifications, and technical documentation.
Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work meets quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
Deliver executive-level project summaries to drive leadership engagement, alignment, and decision-making.
Lead commissioning, testing, and handover of new infrastructure and facility spaces.
Partner with facilities operations to integrate new systems into ongoing site operations.
Develop long-term infrastructure plans related to capacity, utilities, space planning, and future expansion.
Maintain complete project documentation, including as-builts, permits, commissioning packages, and engineering records.
Must Have
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years leading infrastructure, facilities, or capital projects in technical environments (industrial, robotics, manufacturing, hardware technology, clean energy, or similar).
Advanced knowledge and proven delivery across structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, safety, and controls scopes.
Extensive experience working with general contractors, architects, engineering consultants, and building trades.
Strong ability to interpret and develop technical drawings, MEP layouts, and construction documentation.
Demonstrated success managing projects from concept → design → construction → commissioning.
Strong project management skills, including cost control, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
Ability to operate in a high-performance, cross-functional environment with tight timelines and aggressive goals.
Willingness and capacity to work long hours on demanding, high-stakes projects.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary Range: $120,000 – $180,000
